Logitech unveiled its latest collection of gaming peripherals for PlayStation and Xbox at the "SOAKR 2008".

This new range of console peripherals includes 'Cordless Precision Controller' for PlayStation 3 (PS3) and PlayStation 2 (PS2); Precision Controller and Driving Force EX Wheel for PlayStation (PS); and Drive FX Axial Feedback Wheel for Xbox 360.
The cordless precision controller for PS3 and PS2 utilizes the 2.4 GHz cordless freedom technology, delivering control from up to 10 meters away.

The controller for PS3 has a D/Mode allowing users to switch to the directional pad from the analogue stick function in supported games. This advanced D-pad uses the PS button to get access to menu system and works for over 150 hours on two AA batteries. It is priced at Rs 2790.

Priced at Rs 1990, the controller for PS2 provides vibration for in-game feedback. It features a mini receiver that plugs directly into the console; while the analogue buttons and high performance analogue sticks provide users with better control of their moves.

The precision controller for PS features high performance analogue sticks that provide control through 360 degree's of movement and users can experience the hit, crash and explosion, with the dual vibration feedback. The controller also includes precision-engineered analogue buttons, 2.5 meter cable, textured rubber grips and turbo function for super fast action. It is compatible with PS, PS1 and PS2 and is priced at Rs 1190.

Combining the force feedback technology with a standard PlayStation racing wheel, the Driving Force EX for PS provides control over all driving games. Force feedback over the USB connection lets users feel curbs, weight transfer, and even opponents' fenders as the player tries to hold a racing line at 150 MPH. Priced at Rs 7490, the device features rubber grips, responsive accelerator, brake pedals and two wheel-mounted shifters promising an almost real driving experience.

The last on the list is the Drive FX Axial Feedback Wheel for Xbox. Utilizing the axial feedback technology, the device makes players feel the road, curbs, and even the wall if not careful. Some of the other features include accelerator and brake pedals, two paddle shifters, and a full set of Xbox 360 buttons. Also featuring an expansion port for headsets, the device is available for Rs. 7490
